Our Managing Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace course is delivered via a flexible, online self-paced e-learning platform that allows participants to complete the course at their convenience, from any location.
This course provides participants with an understanding of psychosocial hazards in the workplace, including how they can impact worker health, wellbeing and organisational culture. Participants will learn about WHS and OHS legislative requirements, consultation obligations and the risk management process for identifying, assessing and controlling psychosocial risks.

Participants will also gain an understanding of workplace investigation processes, reporting requirements and the management of serious psychosocial incidents.
