ABOUT THIS COURSE

Delivered face-to-face at our training facilities in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, the ICAM Lead Investigator course is designed for professionals leading workplace incident investigations using the ICAM framework. Through practical trainer-led sessions, participants will gain the skills to conduct thorough investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

The course includes the nationally recognised unit BSBWHS515 – Lead initial response to and investigate WHS incidents, ensuring participants develop the ability to manage incident responses, lead teams, engage stakeholders, and produce compliant investigation reports.
