ABOUT THIS COURSE

This non-accredited Chain of Responsibility (CoR) course is designed to support individuals and businesses in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations within the transport and logistics industry.

Participants gain the essential knowledge needed to assist in meeting their legal obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) whilst helping them build the skills and confidence to support safe and compliant transport operations. Key topics covered include CoR duties, breaches and penalties, speed and fatigue management, load restraint, and compliance with vehicle mass and dimension limits.
