ABOUT THIS COURSE

This Teacher Enhancement Skill Set (TAESS00024) is designed for individuals who intend to deliver vocational education and training (VET) to learners within a school environment.

This course equips participants with the foundational skills and knowledge required to deliver and assess nationally recognised training in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). Participants will develop an understanding of the VET sector, including its role in preparing individuals for diverse career pathways as well as how to interpret training packages, navigate the National Register of VET, and design effective learning plans tailored to student needs.
