Participants can complete the course at their own convenience, from any location, gaining essential knowledge required to work safely in and around the rail corridor.
The course covers safely accessing the rail corridor, recognising danger zones, identifying a safe place, maintaining situational awareness and applying minimum sighting distances. Learners will be introduced to common communication tools used in the rail environment, electrical safety risks and controls, and appropriate responses to emergencies.
