This Mining Supervisor Refresher course reinforces the essential skills and knowledge required to manage safety and operational responsibilities in a mining environment.

Participants will recap on essential legislation and concepts in relation to safety and health management systems, consultation mechanisms, and legislative requirements for risk management and incident response. The course also covers techniques for conducting effective incident investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, and reporting findings with appropriate corrective actions. Emphasis is placed on practical application to support safe and effective leadership in complex mining operations.
