ABOUT THIS COURSE
Our Working at Heights course is designed for anyone who performs or supervises tasks where there is a risk of falling from one level to another. It provides the knowledge and practical skills required to work safely at height and meet compliance obligations under WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and industry codes of practice.
The course covers key safety concepts including hazard identification, risk assessments, and the hierarchy of control measures. Participants will learn the correct use of fall restraint, work positioning, and fall arrest systems and gain hands-on experience setting up ladders, identifying suitable anchorage points, following emergency procedures, and inspecting and maintaining height safety equipment.
