Elevating Work Platform (EWP) Over 11m

ABOUT THIS COURSE

Our nationally accredited EWP (boom-type over 11 metres) course combines interactive classroom learning with practical, real-world scenarios. Designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to safely operate elevating work platforms, the course covers hazard identification, planning, routine inspections, risk control, and safe operation procedures. Participants will gain hands-on experience in setting up and operating the platform, using safety devices, and shutting down and securing the equipment. The course also includes training on EWP types, high-risk work legislation, emergency procedures, and communication methods. Participants will complete the mandatory Safe Work Australia assessment required to apply for a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL).
