ABOUT THIS COURSE
This Advanced Resuscitation course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively respond to medical emergencies requiring advanced resuscitation techniques.
The course covers critical topics including assessing emergency situations, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and ensuring oxygen safety. Participants will learn how to administer oxygen therapy, operate oxygen-powered and manual resuscitation devices (BVMs), and use oropharyngeal (OP) airways and suction equipment.
The course also includes training in the safe and effective use of automatic and semi-automatic external defibrillators, coordination of casualty handover to medical professionals, and providing support for first responders following a critical incident.
