FACE TO FACE DELIVERY OVERVIEW
This Emergency Response Planning course is delivered in a highly practical face-to-face format by experienced trainers with real-world expertise. Designed for personnel taking on Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles, the course equips participants with the skills to review work activities and conduct on-site inspections, identify hazards and risks, and recognise gaps in standard operating procedures from a rescue perspective.
Participants will learn to develop and implement rescue procedures, recommend control measures, and adapt techniques using a range of available response equipment. Hands-on, team-based scenarios provide the opportunity to plan and respond to dynamic emergency situations, building confidence and capability in real-time decision-making and coordination.
