Through realistic simulated scenarios, participants will develop the skills needed to prepare for and undertake confined space rescue operations, including understanding team roles, applying effective search techniques, and locating victims. The course covers a broad range of practical rescue skills such as accessing casualties in confined spaces, performing search and rescue, providing emergency casualty care, conducting extrications using stretchers in complex, three-dimensional environments, managing emergency equipment, concluding rescue operations, and restoring the scene.
