ABOUT THIS COURSE

Our nationally accredited Remove Friable Asbestos course combines interactive classroom learning with practical, real-world scenarios. Designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to safely remove friable asbestos-containing material (ACM) and asbestos-containing dust and debris (ACD).

Participants will gain hands-on experience in removing friable asbestos, including preparing for removal, constructing enclosures, removing friable ACM, and meeting air and health monitoring requirements. The course also covers essential key legislative and licensing requirements, helping ensure compliance with state and national regulations such as procedures for decontaminating workers, equipment and the work area, and the correct methods for asbestos waste disposal and site clean-up.
