Yes! All students undertaking nationally recognised training with Pinnacle Safety and Training must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
The USI is a 10-character code (e.g. 3AW88YH9U5) that gives you access to a centralised record of your training history. This is regulated by the Department of Education and Training and has been a requirement since 1 January 2015.
We cannot issue your certificate without a valid USI on file.
