When you successfully complete a course with Pinnacle Safety and Training, you’ll receive an official document confirming your training outcome.

Depending on the course, this may be called a:

  • Statement of Attainment
  • Record of Results
  • Completion Certificate
  • Qualification or Testamur
  • Verification of Competency

You may receive your document in person or by post, and a digital copy will also be emailed to you.

Why you need to keep it

Your certificate is the official record of the training or qualification you have completed. Employers, site supervisors, principal contractors and regulatory authorities may ask to see it before allowing you to undertake certain work or enter a worksite.

Some courses also include a convenient wallet-sized accreditation or ID card. However, this card may not replace your official certificate or Statement of Attainment. Keep both documents somewhere safe and accessible.

We also recommend saving your digital copy somewhere easy to find—not just leaving it buried in your inbox.

Certificates that are easy to verify

Pinnacle’s Testamurs, Statements of Attainment and Records of Results include a QR code that can be scanned to verify the document’s authenticity.

This allows an employer or site supervisor to quickly confirm that your certificate is valid and has not been fraudulently produced, providing greater confidence for everyone involved.

Lost your certificate or ID card?

If you’ve lost or misplaced your certificate, contact our Student Administration team on 1300 990 810 or email [email protected] to request a digital copy.

To verify your identity and process your request, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • USI number
  • Course name
  • Current mailing address
  • The type of certificate or card required

If you need a replacement physical certificate, qualification or accreditation card, we can arrange this over the phone. Please note that replacement fees may apply.

Your certificate is more than a piece of paper, it’s evidence of your training, competency and qualifications. Keep it safe, keep it accessible and don’t throw it away.
